[NOTE]
Getting the HTML to look as pretty as the forum will require tweaking the CSS so that the image paths
include the full URL of gradients, etc. Or, you can simply modify commbull_template_html.php to
make it do whatever you want.

[UPGRADE NOTICE]
If you have made any changes to the commbull_template_XX.php or commbull_phrases.php files, then do not overwrite them.
You will have to check the changelog for updates on that file, but, unless it is a spelling mistake, all additions will
be placed at the bottom for easy adding to your own file (or translating).

UPGRADE 4.3 -> 4.4

UPGRADE 4.2 -> 4.3
==================================
1. Do upgrade below

2. Change cron file execution from ./manager/commbull_cron.php to ./includes/cron/commmbull.php

3. Delete /admincp/commbull_cron.php

4. Upload /includes/cron/commbull.php

UPGRADE up to 4.2:
==================================
1. follow install instructions, but be sure to select "Allow Overwrite"
when importing the product.

The install checks for existing information in the DB so as to not
interfere with previous installs.

2. NOTE: the cronjob (schedule task) will be reset and disabled when re-importing. This is a
problem with vbulletin's plugin system and the only way around is to manually update each of
the plugins based on the code in the xml file (advanced users only).

INSTALL:
==================================

1. Add Commbull XML Product Plugin
----------------------------------

- Go to your ACP and select "Plugin System -> Manage Products".
- Click "[Add/Import Product]".
- Navagate to the "commbull-product.xml" file included with this installation
file and click "Open".
- Then click "Import".

2. File Upload
-------------------------------------
- upload all the files in the upload folder. Do not upload the folder itself, but only it's contents
to the forum root. I did not make any changes to any of the vB files, so you don't have to worry
about any of them being overwritten.

3. Cronjob
----------------------------------

- A default cron (Sunday at 4am) was added when you imported the Plugin,
however it is disabled by default.
- Go into "Scheduled Tasks" -> "Scheduled Task Manager"
and edit "commbull_newsletter_send_task" to the desired schedule.

**NOTE: before the cron can run properly, you must "save" the settings
necessary to run it on it's own. To do that, you will need to partially
start the first run. Go to ./admincp/commbull.php and change all
the necessary settings that you wish to run and be sure to select
"Save Preferances" near the bottom, otherwise it won't have anything
to run and the cron will fail.
If you view the cronlog, and it failed, you will see
"Commbull [No Settings Defined! - quitting]".

4. Template modifications
--------------------------------------
NOTE: in the future, which is more work for you, i will add instructions
on how to add this without modifying the templates, but this is much easier
for a none experienced user.

Template: "Modify User Option" -> "modifyoptions"

After:
					<tr>
						<td><label for="cb_adminemail"><input type="checkbox" name="options[adminemail]" value="1" id="cb_adminemail" $checked[adminemail] />$vbphrase[receive_email_from_bulletin_board_staff]</label><input type="hidden" name="set_options[adminemail]" value="1" /></td>
					</tr>

Add:
					<tr>
						<td><label for="commbull"><input type="checkbox" name="commbull" value="1" id="commbull" $checked[receivebulletin] />$vbphrase[receive_email_from_commbull]</label><input type="hidden" name="set_options[receivebulletin]" value="1" /></td>
					</tr>
					<tr>
						<td><br />$vbphrase[newsletterformat]<br /><label for="commbull_type"><input type="checkbox" name="commbull_type" value="1" id="commbull_type" $checked[receivebulletin_type] />$vbphrase[type_email_from_commbull]</label><input type="hidden" name="set_options[receivebulletin_type]" value="1" /></td>
					</tr>

5. Bathe in your success of installing the latest version of Commbull
--------------------------------------------------------------------

- to run the script, you will find either [*Commull*] or Send Community Bulletin under your Users menu in admincp
